mediocre stay overall
bathroom extractor faulty air conditioning
the location was decent near the park, staff were responsive when I reported issues.
my room was not properly clean. The bathroom extractor was covered in fluff. The air conditioning was also faulty, it was difficult to sleep due to the noise.

a GRAND stay
double beds large windows friendly staff
i got a renovated double room two double beds castle park view and it felt spacious. i especially liked how the room had large windows, letting a lot of beautiful light inside. the location felt perfect and the staff were very friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything i needed.
during my stay, the elevatorS seemed quite slow, especially during peak hours. this caused some delays when trying to get to my room or to the lobby. it would be great if they could improve the elevator service.

charming stay
clean room tea selection
the room featured a good fridge, a tea selection, and a safe. breakfast included lots of choice and polite staff. i enjoyed the comfortable bed. the room felt very clean.
The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat. The room became too warm. even on high, the fan sounded like a jet engine. i was disappointed.

The renovated family room had two double beds and was great. It was a good size, so there was lots of space for my family. The air conditioning was effective. I found the room nice and cool, a big plus.
The bathroom could use a little improvement. It wasn't as clean as I expected. there was no mirror near the dressing table, made getting ready slightly difficult for me. i hope they consider these small changes.

the staff was friendly, and my check-in was quick, which i appreciated. When i asked for some assistance, they were always ready to help me.

this hotel has a great location, right next door to convenient parking! I was able to walk everywhere i wanted to go because it was so central. this made exploring very easy.

equipped gym beautiful terrace cute staff
the gym was very well equipped. i enjoyed the sun terrace it was beautiful for an evening glass of wine. the staff were cute from check-in to the bar staff and breakfast service.
the hotel car park requires extra payment.
